France > Jura > Pupillin
Profound bottling of one of the Jura's most iconic grapes, Savagnin. Marked by notes of beeswax, cacao and walnut with a penetrating, long, almost tannic finish.
Domaine Overnoy-Crinquand are a multi-dimensional family operation who produce milk, grains and cereals as well as wine, in Pupillin, smack dab in the middle of the Jura's Arbois appellation.

The vineyards, situated entirely within the confines of Pupillin, are on rather severe slopes within the area known as “La Bidode”. All farming aspects are handled organically and that has been the case since the establishment of the domaine many decades ago.

Ouillé is a technique where the barrels for ageing a wine are filled to the maximum. As the liquid evaporates during the maturation process, it is regularly topped up with new Savagnin, adding a layered and rich quality to this bottling.
