France > Jura > Pupillin
From the south-facing Bidode parcel near the village of Pupillin, this elegant Chardonnay is produced from 60 year old vines that are hand-harvested.

Excellent, firm acidity with a real fullness in the mouth.  Notes of honey on the nose and palate.  A mineral-dominated finish.
100% Chardonnay, the wine spends a minimum of two years in barrel before bottled.

The Overnoy-Crinquand families have always managed their holdings within Pupillin in a poly-cultural, organic fashion.

Pairs beautifully with sage-butter chicken or roasted turkey.
Can be enjoyed upon release or can be kept in cellar for 3-5 years.

However, those that continue to farm in this small region - sandwiched in between Switzerland... Read More >>
