The Carl Koch Riesling Trocken 'Legger' is a young, fresh white wine that is extremely aromatic and easy to drink. The nose abounds with aromas of tropical fruit, lime, and white-fleshed peach, while the palate is effortlessly thirst-quenching and defined by its excellent acidity. The perfect wine to drink in company thanks to its 100cl format, it is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany fresh and delicate dishes.
Lovely floral nose, accompanied by tropical fruit like pineapple, followed by peaches and lime. With precise wet stone finish.
After pressing the grape juice undergoes fermentation with wild yeast and sends 5 months ageing on the lees.
Made from 100% Riesling grapes from different plots around Openheim and Dienheim.
Drinks beautifully now and until 2026.
Pair with harissa roast cauliflower or with a homemade chicken pie.
