This cuvée of the little known Italian white variety Ribolla Gialla comes from nineteen-year-old vines in the Napa Valley. Practically singing with notes of green fruit and almond, this white was aged in neutral French oak for 10 months. A thoroughly gastronomic white, this wine will match perfectly white fish dishes or soft cheeses. A Californian take on a classic Italian varietal.
On the palate, a noticeably creamy texture which is expertly balanced by firm acidity and a stony, savoury character.
Pair with grilled scallops and lemon butter.
