This is an amazing example of Pinot Noir from Germany. A wine with true elegance and style, this Spatburgunder provides everything a Burgundy offers at a fraction of the price. The nose is very typical for a Pinot Noir, with lots of berries, cassis, and violets. Also, with time it develops a hint of spices like liquorice, mint, and a cola-like character. Nice colour and silky tannins. Very round and elegant in the mouth, with a good length.
On the nose, soft strawberry and raspberry notes.
On the palate, light red fruit flavours, a touch of spice and very smooth tannins.
Drink in its youth.
