Sandhi, a boutique winery established in 2010 by Rajat Parr and winemaker Sashi Moorman, specializes in expressive wines from the Sta. Rita Hills in Santa Barbara County. This sparkling wine, crafted from Pinot Noir harvested from the organically farmed Rinconada Vineyard, exemplifies Sandhi's philosophy: a harmonious union between man, earth, and vine. The wine undergoes a meticulous process, including a three-year lees aging in Petaluma and an additional year in the cellar, resulting in a sparkling wine that balances bright fruit, subtle toastiness, and nuanced complexity.
