Only the second release of the top bottling from Champagne pioneer Vincent Laval, Les Longues Violes is sourced from the eponymous vineyard on the Laval estate. Planted by Massale selection with vines of at least 40 years old, the Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from this site create a Champagne of nonpareil class, elegance, and sapidity. An exquisite wine.
On the palate, deep, pure, and seamless. Superb minerality, delightful perlage, and a terrifically long and balanced finish.
