This is a beautiful Sicilian white produced by the Scammacca del Murgo family in their estate on the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna. Composed of 70% Carricante and 30% Cataratto, this is a velvety yet vibrant white what expertly showcases the freshness and pure fruit character of Sicily's native white varieties. Elegant with considerable aromatic complexity, this wine bursts with notes of white flowers and citrus fruit alongside an indelible minerality stemming from the volcanic soils of its vineyards.

It’s soft in texture with fresh acidity and ripe orchard fruit tones as a gentle mineral tinge adds contrast.
