Sourced from sites higher up on the Chablis slope, this Petit Chablis delights with its fresh, crisp, and bracingly acidic character. The 2023 Petit Chablis offers fresh red apples, limes and grapefruits on the nose. There is something just a little New World about this. The palate is well-balanced with crisp acidity, fresh and vibrant, with pleasant bitterness towards the finish. - Neal Martin, Vinous
