Camille Schaller is a young winemaker joining the new wave of producers making exceptional quality Chablis from their family vineyards. The Vau de Vey is a fine example of Premier Cru Chablis. Bright, pure fruit on the palate and a laser precise mineral structure with a salty and savoury finish, this is a firm staff favourite all year round.
On the palate, bright and pure apple fruit with a driving mineral structure and touches of flint and salinity.
Excellent now, this wine is capable of ageing for up to a decade.
Great as an apéritif, consider pairing alongside quality smoked salmon served with lemon.
