This alluring white comes from Sandhi, the Chardonnay-focused Sta. Rita Hills project of California's most exciting winemaking duo, Sashi Moorman and Rajat Parr. Sourced entirely from the acclaimed Patterson vineyard, this is yet another electrifying Chardonnay from true masters of the variety. Full to the brim with expressive notes of bright citrus and green fruits, this wine shows loads of the textural intrigue and hallmark minerality that make the Sta. Rita Hills one of the world's greatest growing regions for Chardonnay.
96/100 - A svelte, sharply honed Chardonnay showcasing the intensity and freshness of grapes grown on high-elevation, northwest slopes in the Santa Rita Hills. Lime and green apple flavours bristle with precision, accented by a smoky, earthen undertow and a long, steely finish.
