France > Languedoc-Roussillon

This is youthful, expressive Sauvignon Blanc from the south of France. Delightfully fragrant, this fresh white abounds with aromas of gooseberry and exotic fruits. Perfect as an aperitif or for pairing with light dishes.

The grapes for this wine were sourced from cool sites near the Orbiel River, resulting in a much lighter and more vibrant wine than one might expect from the Languedoc.

On the nose, aromas of gooseberry, grapefruit, lime, and tropical fruits.
On the palate, tender and stimulating with ripe citrus fruit and persistent finish. Brief time on lees adds a nice extra body to this white.

Pair with salads, fish, spicy stir-fry, chicken, or soft cheeses.

Since 1981 things have settled down on the mountain, after winemaker Jeffrey Patterson... Read More >>
