Tetramythos is one of Greece's foremost producers of organic, low-intervention wines, dedicated to the production of native varieties. This Roditis, produced from 50-year old vines, was grown at 850m near the mountainous village of Aigialia in the Peloponnese. Fermented slowly by indigenous yeasts, the wine is then left to age on its lees for five months. The result is a stunning white that combines oxidative honey and nutty notes alongside crystal clear fruit flavours of peach and citrus.
On the palate, medium-bodied with refreshing acidity and a notable touch of salinity. Flavours of orchard and citrus fruit dance around the palate.
