Ribeiro is a tiny wine producing region tucked away in the midst of Galicia in Spain's north-western corner. This red blend, crafted by the maverick winemaker Antonio Cajide of Adega Sameirás, is an homage to the region's indigenous red varieties. A blend of Souson, Caiño, and Brancellao, this is a fresh and fruity red perfect for weeknight enjoyment. Entirely unique and produced in very limited quantities, this is the perfect chance to branch out from Rioja for your new favourite Spanish red.

On the nose, great intensity and very expressive ripe red fruit flavours of cherry and raspberry. Floral notes of mallows and lilacs, alongside hints of menthol, mint, and lavender.
On the palate, medium-bodied with silky tannins, great acidity, and a medium-length, fresh and fruity finish.

Juicy and youthful, this is a lovely red to drink on its own. You might also consider pairing it with meatballs in red sauce.
