Filipa Pato and husband William Wouters are champions of Bairrada, Filipa's oft overlooked home region found between Douro and Coimbra. Focusing primarily on native varieties produced in a minimal intervention method, the two farm in a biodynamic nature to protect the native polycutural diversity of this region. Dinamica is a terroir-driven and delicate example of Baga, distinguished by its fruity character and soft tannins. A delicious and easy-drinking red, this is an authentic wine without any oenological 'make-up' to mask its natural character.
On the palate, fruity with a beautiful structure and an almost velvety texture. Finish is long, fresh, and inviting.
