The Allegrini family have operated in the heart of Valpolicella for decades, having become winemakers in the middle of the 20th-century after hundreds of years of grape growing. Palazzo della Torre is their 'baby Amarone' produced through a more modern version of the ripasso method, drying just a select quantity of the grapes, to add intensity while retaining a lovely kick of freshness. The result is a plush and round red bursting with flavours, singing with vineyard character.

25% Rondinella
5% Sangiovese
On the nose, distinct and signature aromas of raisins, bramble fruit, aromatic herbs, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, and vanilla.
On the palate, wonderfully textured with layer upon layer of juicy dark fruit and polished tannins that linger on the long and sapid finish. A refreshing acidity adds to the elegance and balance of the wine.
