London Cru is Roberson's very own winery, based just below our feet at our office in Fulham. Despite being one of the hardest wines to produce in the UK, Pinot Noir remains our team's absolute favourite wine to produce.
Our 2023 is a unique variation that offers a sophisticated twist on the classic varietal with it’s elegant balance of bright fruit flavours and a smooth, refined finish. Over the past 5 years we have been working with Précoce - an early ripening clone - to bring you a lighter and elegant red; everything you’re looking for in a cool climate Pinot.
On the nose, vibrant aromas of wild strawberry and cranberry burst from the glass. The palate is supple and juicy, layered with succulent pomegranate and raspberry flavours and framed by barely noticeable tannins.
We recommend you enjoy this wine in the sun, paired with charcuterie, and serve slightly chilled. It will also pair brilliantly with grilled aubergine, salty cheese, salmon, chicken and pork.
