Maison François d’Allaines is a benchmark boutique négociant and grower estate in Demigny, just a few kilometres east of Meursault and Chassagne-Montrachet.

Deliberately avoiding heavily extracted or oak-dominated styles, François relies on low yields, optimal fruit ripeness and mostly neutral barrels to craft pure, refined wines underpinned by chalky minerality.

These are wines for lovers of classically styled Burgundy: expressive fruit and subtle oak influence, rather than heavy toast or reductive, gunflint notes.
