This 1er Cru Pouilly-Fuissé is terroir-driven offering nutty aromas of almonds and hazelnuts over deeper flavors of citrus and white-fleshed fruit, all of which is underscored by strong minerality. In the mouth, it is taut and precise, revealing the full complexity of its aromas with a lovely underlying crispness. As it ages, the aromas intensify and become more complex, whilst retaining that mineral crispness.
On the palate, well-weighted and wonderfully broad yet light and refreshing. Soft and supple with mineral-accented white fruit notes.

Wonderful to drink as an apéritif, you might also consider pairing with roast poultry, soft goats cheeses, or baked white fish.
