The Bloom’s Field (3ha) parcel spans a south-west facing hillside, grown on lighter clay topsoils and producing a sharper wine of striking clarity. One of estate's most consistently celebrated wines, this cuvée is revered for its airy, mid-weight character and expressive fruit notes. While loaded with youthful zest, the wine will reward the patient as these elements integrate and grow with complexity over many years.

On the nose, pronounced aromas of ripe strawberries (both summery fresh and gently warmed compote). After a bit of time in glass, hints of wet stone, peppery bramble, and savoury herbs arise.
On the palate, gentle and easy-going with young but noticeable tannins and tightly wound core. Long and persistent finish.
