On its fourth vintage, the 2021 leans more savory than years past, an undertone of charred earth opening up to pomegranate, rose petals and cola. Quick and briny on the palate, tightly-wrapped by persistent spice and tannins, Romance shows the lift and grit of the far western Sta. Rita Hills.
