A gentle oaky touch enhances without overpowering; a memorable long finish, mingling orchard fruit with a mineral-driven salinity. Sourced from estate, mountain-top vineyards on Mount Veeder.

Less than 10% are new, and malolactic fermentation is blocked to retain freshness. Classic winemaking techniques are used; wines are aged in French oak for a year before bottling.
The wines are delicious now, but best drunk after a few years.
This is delicious on its own, but particularly good when paired with crab cakes.
