A pioneering blend of two indigenous grape varieties, Malagousia and Assyrtiko. A special fridge door wine that will go well with Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.
Bright blonde in colour with greenish shades, it has a distinctive nose with impressions of exotic fruit and notes of green pepper, jasmine, orange, melon. A rich yet refined palate with a lemony finish.
A few hours of skin contact takes place prior to fermentation, to extract the unique grape varietal characteristics.
Consent research and experimentation with Greek and foreign Varieties takes place in the vineyards, always striving to cultivate the land with care and respect.
