92/100 - The golden-yellow colored 2015 Blanc de Blancs Vintage is 100% Chardonnay from the Weinviertel Ried Alte Geringen. It opens with a pure yet intense, dense and complex nose with risotto steamed in butter as well as ripe and intense fruit and some honey aromas. Pretty dense but fresh on the palate, this is a full-bodied, powerful and intense, firmly structured and slightly oaky sparkling wine with a refreshing, pure, dry and saline finish. The wine benefits from aeration. This impressively rich sparkling wine could be served instead of a white Burgundy table wine, particularly with a richer, buttery dish. Disgorged as Zero Dosage – Brut Nature in May 2022. 12.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted in July 2023. - Stephan Reinhardt, Wine Advocate
