U.S.A. > California > Santa Cruz
Older than Napa Valley, the Santa Cruz Mountains AVA has long offered some of California's greatest wines. The vineyard is situated just a mere 3.5 miles from the Pacific Ocean. A combination of the sandy loam soils and the cool climate of this site has created a Chardonnay full of cool climate character, yet simultaneously uniquely Californian.

Yellow colour ; this wine has aromas of lemon peel and white flowers. Between acidity and richness of the fruit, a Chardonnay which will refresh you!
The vines of this wine are 40 years old, the production is organic but not certified yet.
A production style with minimal intervention, letting the vines do the talking.
To be drink up to 10 years.
A bright wine to share around a tuna tartar with mustard!
