Champagne Georges Laval is owned and operated by Vincent Laval out of the village of Cumières. In recent years, Laval has gone from an insider secret to one of the most important figures in Grower Champagne. Crafted from 100% organically-farmed Chardonnay on the eastern side of the village, this Champagne is a simply stunning example of Blanc de Blancs. Ample sunshine and these highly chalky soils creates a deep, powerful wine with soaring aromatics, searing minerality and notes of salt, lemon curd, and tangerine peel.
On the palate, great grip with layers of stone fruits and fresh pastry, as well as a soft, creamy finish.
