A wonderful, powerful and complete example of a Roussanne. This wine is a perfect accompaniment at every stage of a meal, from starter through to dessert. A great value wine to add to the collection!

Expressive and pleasant bouquet of exotic fruits, flowers, apricot, mango, lilac, acacia and dried fruit aromas. On the palate, a nice volume with a clear aromatic smoky mineral intensity and odours of quince and ripe fruit. Persistent finish with a hint of lemon.
Produced from the Rousanne grape (known locally as Bergeron), grown on particularly steep south-facing hillsides between 350-420m in elevation.
Michel Quenard bottles eight different cuvées in his winery, seven of which are still, and the other a sparkling Vin de Savoie Brut.
Why not try this alongside a rich and creamy Spaghetti Carbonara, or with pan-fried lobster.
Can age for upwards of 5 years.
