Ebner‑Ebenauer are one of Austria’s star producers, consistently knocking out Grüner Veltliner of incredible precision and aromatic lift. This bottling comes from the single vineyard Hermanschachern, whose fossil‑rich, limestone soils wouldn’t be out of place in Chablis. The result is a Grüner that’s fleshy but intensely vibrant, with ripe orchard‑fruit and citrus wrapped around a crackling, salty minerality.
