Patrick Javillier Savigny-Lès-Beaune Les Grands Liards 2023

Domaine Javillier is one of our favoutrite producers found anywhere in Burgundy. A family-owned , third generation operation based in Meursault, they specialise in the production of ethereal Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that shine with a true sense of place. This Pinot is sourced from Les Grands Liards, a parcel in Savigny-Lès-Beaune located at the foot of the hillside. Planted atop limestone, clay, and pebbles with a south-facing orientation on a gentle slope, each of the Domaine's parcels are vinified separately, giving the wine its noted concentration and aromatic lift. Notes of raspberry and vanilla burst from the glass, while the supple and fresh palate makes this an effortlessly enjoyable Pinot.
