A blend of five different villages in Sancerre, this is an ethereal Sauvignon Blanc with elegance and balance to spare. Marked by alluring notes of lemon, lime zest, and gooseberry, this is a superb white fit for enjoyment any time of year.
On the plate, a lovely full-bodied Sauvignon Blanc with just a touch of grasiness. Linear, mineral, and fresh, this wine sings with gorgeous flavours of lemon citrus. Well-textured with a hint of chalkiness, this shows real terroir definition.
