Founded in 2010 by husband-and-wife duo Andrea Mosca and Giovanna Pepe Diaz, Noah is a winery based in the Piedmont focused on the philosophy that wine is a harmonious union between man and nature. The Rossonoah is the entry to their range, a blend of 50% young vine Nebbiolo, 40% old vine Croatina, and 10% Vespolina, sourced from the higher altitude regions of the Alto Piemonte. Fermented in stainless steel and aged for 6 months, this is a wonderful red that strikes that ever-too-rare balance between richness and drinkability. Exceptional value.

Croatina and Vespolina add roundness and depth, softening Nebbiolo's intensity and making this wine enjoyable immediately.
On the nose, a noticeable minearlity is followed by aromas of ripe red berries and baking spice, alongside floral hints.
On the palate, flavours of bright black fruits are supported by a sweet chery core and notes of wild strawberries, mint, and liquorice.
