Part of the brewery’s Special Cuvées series, the Blonde Bio Élevée en fûts de Pinot Noir has a beautiful golden colour with orange highlights. On the nose, subtle red berry and oak notes lend a vinous complexity to its aromatic profile. On the palate, it is smooth and mellow, with vinous and malt notes leading to a long finish.
Try it with foie gras, terrines, roast lamb, smoked and grilled fish or blue cheese.
