A cornerstone addition to our range and already a favourite among London's finest restaurants, this wine is a perfect match for dishes that crave a splash of citrus—think buttery scallops or fresh oysters, which pair beautifully with its vibrant profile.
On the palate, crisp and mouth-watering, showcasing the signature flavours of gooseberry and lime that are hallmarks of England’s cooler vineyards. A burst of green apple contributes to its refreshing acidity, while a gentle touch of oak on the finish adds a layer of creaminess and complexity.
