Few winemakers have a better understanding of the Sonoma Coast than Jamie Kutch, who's been working this land for nigh on two decades. He uses every bit of that expertise when crafting this white, a sapid yet ethereal Chardonnay from a vineyard planted to Burgundian clones only 5km from the Pacific Ocean. Only the second vintage from this site, this is a truly extraordinary example of cool-climate Chardonnay.
17/20 - This smells a bit richer than the Sonoma Coast bottling yet is tauter on the palate in terms of texture – though with light chalkiness rather than extra acidity. Very pleasing already with a lime-syrup suggestion (though it's not syrupy!). - Jancis Robinson MW
On the palate, beautifully saline flavours of lemon pith and lemon oil mixed with quartz-like minerality. Crackling acidity leads to a long and delightful finish.

Try pairing with oysters, seared scallops in a lemon-butter sauce, or grilled white fish.
