Using only the finest parcels from their holdings in the vineyard and harvesting early to protect the natural acidity and sharpness of the fruit, the Morin's craft a wine of gorgeous wine with impressive aromatic complexity. Bursting with touches of citrus, gooseberry, and botanical tones, this is a stunning Sauvignon ready for enjoyment now, but capable of ageing for years to come.
On the palate, vibrant, focused, and full-bodied. Grounded by an alluring minerality, this is a purely and lovely Sauvignon with a well-balanced fruit core of lime and gooseberry. Impeccable with a long, complex, and zesty finish.
