Domaine Leon Boesch's Pinot Blanc 'La Cabane' is a delightful blend of 70% Pinot Auxerrois and 30% Pinot Blanc, grown biodynamically on sandstone and clay soils. Clear cut, zesty aromas of citrus fruit and a hint of ginger jump out of the glass, offering immediate enjoyment. A classic iteration of Alsatian Pinot Blanc, this wine is a daily delight, showcasing the product of expert winemaking and conscientious viticulture. Named for the small stone houses built in vineyards for protection from sudden weather, this wine is a refuge in and of itself, always promising gleeful gratification with each sip.
On the palate, energetic and crisp yet full and well-textured. Filled with flavours of apples, pears, and lemon blossoms, alongside an appealing granitic minerality.
