This Grand Cru dessert wine from Clos Galerne shows a beautiful golden yellow color and a bouquet of apricot and honey. Grown on plots of rhyolite and stones, this is amongst the best examples of the famous Quarts de Chaume sweet wine.

The fruit for this wine is sourced from plots in organic conversion. Each grape was carefully hand-harvested after having been monitored to ensure optimal growth of botrytis.

Pair with apricot and almond tarts, macaroons, blue cheeses, or mignardises.
