The classic Long Meadow Ranch style is ever present in this welcoming, bright blend of Cabernet fruit from their mountain and valley estates. Balanced and elegant, it has an almost Old World mature Cabernet feel. Fresh Bing cherry, blackberry and pomegranate seed delight on the entry. The palate unfolds with more subtle earthy and savoury notes of graphite, fennel seed and vanilla bean. Texturally, the natural acidity of the mountain fruit layers with fully-resolved tannins and just the right amount of oak.
