This is their appellation level Sauvignon Blanc, an outstanding wine which shows hallmark Marlborough aromatics and flavours alongside a refreshing acidity. Sourced from a number of sites in the Wairau and Waihopai valleys, this is an expressive Sauvignon with aromas of grapefruit, lemon, and subtle touches of wet stone. Well-rounded on the palate with flavours of passion fruit and yellow peach, sweet herbal hints and a fine-boned acidity lead to a crisp finish. Simply delicious Sauvignon from a fantastic winery.
