Cuvée Oligocène comes from vineyards on the southern side of the Côte de Beaune, grown in predominantly limestone soils. This unique terroir leaves its indelible mark here, adding a complexity reflected by the rich golden colour and distinct minerality of this wine. Inviting aromas of white flowers, citrus, peach, and apricot abound. The palate is full-bodied, with a creamy texture and a long, mineral-focused finish. Perfect as an aperitif or alongside seafood, this Bourgogne Blanc has serious ageing potential.
