This is a youthful, expressive Sauvignon Blanc sourced from one of our favourite cooperatives in the South of France. Delightfully fragrant, this white abounds with aromas of gooseberry and exotic fruits. Lighter than many whites from the Languedoc thanks to its riverside vineyard origins, it is perfect as an aperitif or for pairing with light dishes.
On the palate, delicate with juicy flavours of papaya, lime, and lemongrass. Brief time on lees adds a nice extra body to this white.
