The Septentrionale has a pale blonde colour with a creamy, fine, and persistent head. Lovely floral and exotic fruit notes on the nose pair with a vibrant and very refreshingly aromatic palate. It finishes clean, with a classic IPA subtle bitterness.
Enjoy it as an aperitif or try it with grilled fish or chicken, or a spicy curry.
