The Moulin des Fées is blonde in colour with a subtle cloudiness from the wheat malt, topped by a fine, creamy, and persistent white head. On the nose it's lively and expressive, combining pronounced floral and fruity aromas with bright citrus notes. On the palate, it's refreshing and vibrant, with citrus flavours balanced by a gentle bitterness.
