Long Meadow Ranch’s 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a complex wine crafted from fruit grown on the estate’s valley-floor and mountainside vineyards. Defined by its elegance and balance, it is a smooth, expressive Cabernet that challenges the stereotypically bombastic style often associated with Napa Cabernet. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 50% of them new, it strikes a fine balance between juicy dark fruit and subtle notes of earth and vanilla. Silky, beautifully textured and long lingering on the palate, this is a Cabernet drinking beautifully today while possessing the structure to age for another decade or more.
