Crafted from 80% Vermentino and 20% Ugni Blanc, the cuvée Valentino offers an alluring mix of mango, papaya and citrus zest, carried by bright, mouth-watering acidity. The wine’s gentle weight and tropical lift make it a natural partner for grilled prawns with mango salsa, or chicken breast marinated with citrus and herbs. Fresh, textured and full of character, it’s a lovely showcase of Provence beyond rosé.
