One of our newest finds from France, Clair de Brumes is the exemplary Pouilly-Fumé estate of the acclaimed Saget family. Présage is their introductory wine, sourced from multiple, organically-farmed vineyards within the estate.
Fermented and aged for 8 months in stainless steel, this is a wonderfully bright and refreshing example of Pouilly-Fumé, with beguiling aromas of grapefruit and lemon alongside touches of exotic fruit. This is top-tier Sauvignon Blanc, perfect for enjoying a warm day or with light seafood fare.
On the palate, expressive and well-balanced. Refreshing flavours of citrus fruit dominate alongside alluring hints of minerality.
