One of our newest finds from France, Clair de Brumes is the exemplary Pouilly-Fumé estate of the acclaimed Saget family. Présage is their introductory wine, sourced from multiple, organically-farmed vineyards within the estate.
Les Roches is made from a small 1.01-hectare plot of vines growing on rocky limestone soil. This early-ripening, southwest-facing vineyard consistently produces some of the estate's most concentrated fruit, resulting in deeply-flavoured and moreish wines, with ageing potential.
On the palate, it's soft and elegant, with intense flavours of white peach and a distinct minerality leading the way to a round, ample, and long finish.
