Ebner-Ebenauer are one of Austria's most acclaimed producers, best-known for their exceptional white and red wines crafted around their home village of Poysdorf. This is their entry level white, a stunning Grüner which exceeds expectations with its intricate balance of spice and minerality. Dry yet bursting with flavour, its juicy fruit flavours and wonderful minerality make this a standout example of the Weinviertel's signature grape.
On the palate, juicy apple fruit flavours alongside subtle hints of white pepper and spicy mineral notes. A crisp interplay between fruit and acidity leads the way to a long finish.
