Saint Bris is one of a kind in Burgundy. Made not from Pinot Noir, Gamay, nor Chardonnay, it is the only Burgundy appellation where the grape variety is Sauvignon. The nose boasts very distinctive and expressive notes of blackcurrant bud and leaf, of broom and box-tree. When young an exotic side may appear with lychee aromas, while the terroir and its minerality shine through.
