Certified organic, dry single vineyard Riesling from one of the premium vineyard sites of Rheinhessen. The wine is vinified and aged in 100% stainless steel, but with 20 hours of destemmed maceration and gentle pressing, which imparts a richness of mouthfeel to an aromatic food friendly wine.
On the palate, the wine is full bodied dry, round and long in the finish.
100% Riesling grown in deep rooting ice age loess and loam which warms easily in summer and departs a unique minerality to the wine.
Drink through to 2025
Pair with Asian spices and curry sauces, ginger, chilli peppers and as an accompaniment to candied almonds and walnuts.
